Hello

Thank you for your message and for continuing to host my website; I am
user name "restore". The site requires python3 to work and so it is not
sensible for it to be transferred to Plesk yet. A delay is not a problem
provided the site still works under cpanel, it does not require any
immediate editing. Obviously I would like to transfer when python3 is
available. Thanks

We quickly made a new partnership with Plesk instead, and began trying to upgrade our servers to use the new control panel. Clearly there have been a lot of issues since then, and unfortunately the work still isn't fully complete. This process has already taken an unacceptably long time so we've decided that the time is long overdue to start moving accounts to the new control panel.

For instance Java, Python3, Django, Flask, Ruby on Rails, and some other things aren't available on Plesk yet, but we do plan to add support eventually. If you have questions about what is or is not available feel free to ask on the forums. If there is a feature that you need on Plesk for your website to function please let us know so we can prioritize the features that the most number of people need.

Hi
Thanks for your rapid reply. My website needs Python3 for cgi and
modules numpy and PIL Imaging library, but not Django or Flask.
As it does sophisticated image processing it needs largish run-time
memory. The previous version on Jonny was just sufficient but a bit
more would enable larger images.

Thanks
