HelioHost Posted March 28, 2022 Posted March 28, 2022 VPS number: 64, VPS ID: 242I keep getting connection timed out when trying to start my VPS. Last thing I did on my VPS was shut down apache and then close PUTTY. After trying to reconnect, it wouldn't let me log in. Also tried to use FileZilla to get FTP access but connection kept timing out there as well, even before PUTTY wouldn't let me connect. Did the VPS shut down or get locked out on accident? VPS 64, thank you.

You should have received a warning email explaining this, and a link to pay.
