Krydos Posted March 12, 2022 Posted March 12, 2022 Try making a one-time payment of $5.00 using this link and then click send (not request). https://paypal.me/heliohost Sometimes that link works for people when the subscription doesn't work. If it works let us know the transaction ID. This will give you a month to figure out why the automatic subscription doesn't work on your paypal account. We prefer to have people use the subscription option because we don't want to have to verify 80+ payments each month. The subscriptions update the expiration date on your VPS account automatically without any work for our staff.

Krydos Posted March 12, 2022 Posted March 12, 2022 The expiration date on your VPS has been updated so you're good for another month, but I recommend contacting paypal and figuring out why the subscription isn't working on your account. If you can get the subscription to work I will refund the unused portion of the one-time payment, and we can go back to using the automated system again.
