[HH#536448] Delete my hosting account from johnny.heliohost.org server

Dear Concern,

I have an account on johnny.heliohost.org server that is associated with my
email address. But I couldn't access the cPanel from a couple of months
ago. Though I can't access the cPanel but I can access it via FTP. I have
used this link (https://www.heliohost.org/scripts/delete.php) to delete my
account but can't delete. Now I want to delete my account from
johnny.heliohost.org server. as well as all the data. I have added all the
information about my account. Please take a look.

We aren't able to delete accounts at this time due to the cPanel issues, however I've suspended your account to take the site offline for you. Because it is suspended, it is no longer eligible to transfer to Plesk and will be deleted when the old cPanel servers go away.

If you change your mind, please let us know and we can unsuspend you.
