Hey, I need an answer. I have been trying to login to my account so I can
work on my web pages. I have been getting this since early last summer:





Is this upgrade EVER gonna be complete, or is there perhaps a different
login sitie I need to be using?

You can still login via SFTP to edit your files and update your website if you need to. Yes, the upgrade to Plesk will happen. We haven't given up.
