Hello, I received an inactive account notification and proceeded to
reactivate my account, however when I tried logging in it said my password
was incorrect. I tried resetting it but it gave me an error and asked me to
try again (which I did) and the same error happened.

What should I do?

This usually happens when you try to log in or reset your password too soon after reactivating the account. The renewal process is not instant (it can sometimes take an hour or more if the server is experiencing high load, especially if you’re on Johnny).

Since you didn’t provide any account info and did not email us from an email address attached to an account, I can’t check your account’s status. I would suggest trying to login again now, and if you still have trouble please provide the username and domain of your account so we can take a look at this for you.
