Account deletion isn't instantaneous. It can take some time. When your Johnny account is fully deleted you should be able to add your domain.

I was able to cancel the deletion in time. You can log in to cpanel and take a backup yourself. Let me know once you have taken the backup.

I have taken Backup. Now you can close my Account and I am very sorry for
breaking your policy because I don't know. I am really Sorry.
