Hi,

Could you possibly advise me on how to connect FTP to my HelioHost
(cPanel?) server. I am trying to do it
with Filezilla but connection fails.
I have set up the FTP account with server? as ftp.garystong.net, after that I
am not sure which to use: a) Helio login user name and password, or
b) user name and password set up in FTP account.
Have tried both without success.
I was told there may be a firewall block in place.
