gomgo Posted May 18, 2021 Posted May 18, 2021 Hi, my domain works fine, i have not any problem with it, but in the File manager, i created a new Folder outside public_html, and when i want to acces like MyFolder.gomgo.helihost.us, I receive this message: [Attached Image] I wait more than 72 Hours and i still receiving this message Quote

wolstech Posted May 18, 2021 Posted May 18, 2021 That path isn’t valid. All document roots and folders MUST be inside public_html, and to access it with that path, you’d also need to make it a subdomain. Quote
robertzo Posted May 18, 2021 Posted May 18, 2021 The reason you see that is because Heliohost hasn't configured you account properly yet. If you still see that after 72 hrs then try clearing your cache or try using another device and go to your website. Usually for me it takes around 4-5 hrs (I am on Tommy). Quote

The folder will be avaliable at gomgo.heliohost.us/MyFolder/ If you want it to be accessible as a subdomain (myfolder.gomgo.heliohost.us), you should add a subdomain in cPanel and select the folder as the document root for it, then wait 2 hours for it to configure.
