Trying to login using WinSCP results in "Cannot initialize SFTP protocol.Is the host running an SFTP server?". Thanks.
Krydos Posted October 8, 2020 Posted October 8, 2020 Please try these settings: File protocol: SFTP Host name: 64.62.211.134 Port number: 1312 Username: xpto2k Password: <same as cpanel> Please note the port number, as by default SFTP tries to connect to port 22. Also note the username has to be all lowercase, and you can't use your email address to login. Let us know if that helps.
