jchan88 Posted September 28, 2020 Share Posted September 28, 2020 Hi, I think my account got suspended because I have two accounts (jchan88 and johnnyyh) Could you unsuspend this account: HH username: jchan88server: Tommydomain: jcprod1.heliohost.org My other account is on Ricky which I guess will remain suspended. If possible, I would like a backup of my data from that account. The username is johnnyyh and the domain is jcprod2.heliohost.org. Thanks and sorry about having two accounts.
