Hi, I think my account got suspended because I have two accounts (jchan88 and johnnyyh) Could you unsuspend this account: HH username: jchan88 server: Tommy domain: jcprod1.heliohost.org My other account is on Ricky which I guess will remain suspended. If possible, I would like a backup of my data from that account. The username is johnnyyh and the domain is jcprod2.heliohost.org. Thanks and sorry about having two accounts. I was under the impression that I was allowed an account per server.

thanks for the reply...i'm still getting the message that my IP is blocked...attached is the screenshot of the popup. I'm also unable to reach the cPanel login (https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/)...I presume due to my IP being blocked

I got a message to day that my IP was blocked...could you unblock? Also, was there something I did that caused it to be blocked?
