Hi, I think my account got suspended because I have two accounts (jchan88 and johnnyyh)

 

Could you unsuspend this account:

 

HH username: jchan88

server: Tommy

domain: jcprod1.heliohost.org

 

My other account is on Ricky which I guess will remain suspended. If possible, I would like a backup of my data from that account. The username is johnnyyh and the domain is jcprod2.heliohost.org.

Go ahead and back up the Ricky account (it's currently active).

 

Once you make the backup, let me know and I'll suspend it again and unsuspend the Tommy account instead.
