RH9 Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 Dear HelioHost, There is a server error on my site. Thanks,RH9 (rh)
Sn1F3rt Posted September 27, 2020 Posted September 27, 2020 That is due to an issue with permissions. Make sure that the files have permissions set to 644 and directories 755.
Krydos Posted September 28, 2020 Posted September 28, 2020 You can change permissions through cpanel file manager, or through FTP. If your files have the wrong permissions is probably because you uploaded them with a FTP client. For some reason Filezilla and some other FTP clients upload files with 664 permisions, but that causes a 500 error on our servers. You need to change php to 644. In Filezilla, if that's what you're using, you can just right click the file and select Change Permissions. You can also change all files and all files in subdirectories as well by checking the Recurse Into Subdirectories box.
RH9 Posted September 28, 2020 Author Posted September 28, 2020 However there still is an error.See attached zip file (as I can't upload all of the images).
