Now, when I use the reset passwordon helio hosts main site for my hosting account, and I hit therecaptcha box, it works. Is there a reason it works for the main sitebut I get that message on the helio net? Is there a way that can befixed?

Krydos Posted September 11, 2020 Posted September 11, 2020 No, the paranoia level is set by the person who sets up the capctha and runs the website. It's been years since I looked at either of the captchas, and they've both been working fine for that whole time with only maybe 1 or 2 complaints. Try doing the captcha on a different internet connection. For instance, if you're getting that error message on your home wifi, try using your phone's cell internet by temporarily disabling wifi. Does using a different internet connection help?
