kinecta Posted August 27, 2020 Posted August 27, 2020 (edited) Hello, I believe I may have been incorrectly suspended. I have logged in at least once every month and have recently updated my website. Also, I don't believe I've violated any terms. Background: I created the website as a test for our school to have it's own website. I haven't even announced it yet, so there shouldn't be any heavy traffic. heliohost username: kinectawebsite: kinectacademy.heliohost.netserver: tommy Edited August 27, 2020 by kinecta
Sn1F3rt Posted August 27, 2020 Posted August 27, 2020 Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I've unsuspended your account but please try to limit the load you put on our servers. If you need additional help figuring out what exactly caused the high load spike, let us know we might be able to help.

I heard wordpress causes high load, maybe there's some settings I can change there?
wolstech Posted August 27, 2020 Posted August 27, 2020 There isn't really any one fix for WP. Removing extensions can help, but the best fix for WP is to not use WP. Just about any other cms you could pick is better, both performance and security wise.
