@sohamb03: No it's not. That account is broken (Ricky's been doing this lately, he's the third one where our custom stuff says a Ricky account is active when the account is anything but). It's showing an inactive page and it won't unsuspend from the admin tools. WHM says it's active with an unlimited quota somehow...

Fixed. Also, quota is now 1000MB like it should be...

Ah I see. I usually check the status page before proceeding onto any action with the support request, probably I'll have to visit the domain from now on to see if things are fishy.
