Do i log on now through the Tommy cPanel or the johnny one?

I tried on a different device with different dns servers and a different internet connection and same thing. It kept putting me at johnny. Is this a bug or am i missing something?

Im at a collage rn on a shared ip tho so idk if that has something to do with it however i did manage to get its IP blocked so could you unblock it aswell please. I can give it if you need me to.
