I already tried recovering directly from Ricky's Cpanel Reset Password and I never get the code in my mail. User: thejxServer: RickyDomain: elielialtercard.xyz Thanks!
Krydos Posted August 10, 2020 Posted August 10, 2020 Your account didn't renew properly for some reason. Sometimes high load can cause that. I renewed it manually for you. Resetting the password doesn't work on an account that is inactive. Now that your account is active again try logging in once. If that doesn't work try resetting the password. If that still doesn't work let us know.
