Hello,

 

Yesterday I spoke with support through email about a VPS server I ordered the day before. They told me I should wait 'till the next day and post on this forum if I didn't get a reply from Krydos. 

 

So, are there any updates on this?

I didn't automatically get a new VPS request notification because you didn't make it a recurring donation. I do see the donation now, but it's only a one time payment. I can set up the VPS, but you'll need to remember to pay again next month. If you had made it a recurring donation from the beginning I would have gotten your VPS ready within a few hours.
