painless Posted June 3, 2020 Posted June 3, 2020 Hello, Ive gotted suspended again, as heliohost.org says: http://prntscr.com/ssx6ldI had maintenance mode on all websites that I own but I disabled it yesterday to test a few things and it seems that I forgot it off and it probably from my server monitor since I have it pinging my 3 websites every 2 minutes. The server monitor is not the problem here right? Noneone knows my websites so they arent checking out any part of my website. Yesterday I was inactive since I was working on a plugin for my webstore. Hint: I didnt do anything with the webstore yesterday. Krydos if you could tell me the reason behind my second suspend. Krydos Posted June 4, 2020 Posted June 4, 2020 You got blocked in the firewall for failed SFTP connections. I unblocked you. You can check if you're blocked by logging in at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ It will give you a big popup message explaining why. Quote
