[Solved] DV CERTIFICATE FOR TOMMY SERVER

How can i get a DV certificate or SSL Certificate for my Tommy server domain...
Help me please

cPanel automatically issues a DV certificate as soon as you add a domain here after pointing the nameservers to HelioHost.However, this process can take sometime to complete. So if you have just added the domain, wait a few hours for the certificate to be issued.

You don't qualify for a certificate because your domain name is too long.

if i change my domain name... can i be qualified for a certificate?

Yes. Make it something short like thesis2019.heliohost.org and it would work.

Since you’re on Tommy it should take affect within an hour or two.

Tommy’s very quick about it, 24 to 48 hours is for Johnny. In fact the new domain is already working.

 

Auto SSL might take a few hours for that to run but it won’t fail for the domain being too long now, so it should get you a certificate.
