It's banned for phishing.

 

Did you use Wordpress by chance? We've been having a lot of users with WP get hacked lately (WP is a notoriously insecure product, so I'm not surprised) and they almost always end up with the hacker putting a phishing site on their account...

Step 1 is to not use Wordpress. It's notorious for this. You're the fifth or sixth case in the past week with hacked WP that got used for phishing.

 

Step 2 is to check your email for an invite to create a replacement account. :)
