Krydos Posted April 25, 2020 Posted April 25, 2020 The VPS appears to be fully booted up and running fine, however SSH isn't responding at all. This usually means the firewall is blocking SSH or the sshd process isn't running. Either way I will need the root password to log in and attempt to fix it for you. DO NOT SEND THE PASSWORD TO support@heliohost.org Everything sent to this email address is posted publicly for our community to assist with support.
