Good morning, I would like to consult about the website that I have hosted on heliohost.

It is continuously offline, it happens several times a day and for a good time.

Is there a problem in my account? Or is there a way to solve this?

I understand that it is free and resources may not be enough, but there may be a way to solve it.

You picked the Johnny server which is our experimental server. This means it's only intended for experimenting. The uptime on Johnny has been around 90% lately. If you want better uptime and faster speeds we recommend the production server named Tommy. Tommy's uptime is usually 99%+, and is significantly faster. Ricky is also a production server with decent 99%+ uptime, but is quite a bit slower than Tommy.
