Hello,

I have signed up an account with the user name "cafefefkr", and I've been

using the database connected to the account for a while now. now when i

tried to login to the account it says that it is suspended duo to

inactivity, despite the regular login to the database remotely.

The data stored to the database was very precious to me. is there any way

to retrieve the sql database? Its a matter of life and death somehow!

As for what happened, Database connections won't count for inactivity. You have to actually log into cpanel or into https://heliohost.org/login/ in order to keep the account from going inactive, even if you simply log in, then log out again.
