You were suspended for sending too many emails. Please note that the limit is 50 per day, including recipients. Unsuspended.

Okay, thank you very much. Was I supposed to receive an email warning me that I was suspended? I didn't get one.

Only if it's for inactivity. Suspensions for other reasons don't notify you by design (we don't want tell to crap like phishing that they got suspended, doing so just lets them know they need to set up more phishing).
