Thank you very much Krydos. I appreciate all of your help. I agree that php scripts shouldn't be running for 10 minutes. The import fails after only a couple of seconds anyway. I just wanted to appease them, in order to have them investigate further. I am going to give them access so they can take a look. Thanks again!
