Why can't I access to cpanel directly from my domain?

cpanel.coluncol.com

when I try to access it redirects me to the login page

The login page will then allow you access to Cpanel.

 

What server are you on?

I know I can access from there, but I have seen in Ricky that cpanel can be accessed directly from the main domain

example: cpanel.subdomain.heliohost.org

Yes, it redirects to the login page. You login and there is a button that takes you to Cpanel. I use it all the time.

Should take you to the Heliohost login page.

with this subdomain it does not redirect you and shows the cpanel login page

I think you are not understanding me

when i visit cpanel.coluncol.com this link redirects me to the HelioHost login page, but I want that when I visit the link it shows me the cpanel login page

However,if your trying to just access Cpanel, you can use the same username/password as you would with the Heliohost login page.

 

Otherwise, if it can't be resolved, just use https://heliohost.org/login

I can use https://www.heliohost.org/login/  without any problem

but I want to access the cpanel login page directly, as well as this link https://cpanel.davis.heliohost.org/

Is this due to a configuration within cpanel or do you configure it?

Logging in on a URL other than https://www.heliohost.org/login/ or https://ricky.heliohost.org:2083/ isn't supported, and if it does work it probably doesn't update your last login date so your account will probably end up getting suspended for inactivity.

 

Also keep in mind that having more than one account is a violation of our terms of service, and can result in all of your accounts being suspended. Please delete all accounts except for the one you want to keep.
