Hope you can explain why some host the https is stated as "connection is secured" whereas in heliohost it says "your connection to this site is not fully secure". 

 

In both case the process to initiate the "free SSL" is similar: ie in terms of .htaccess lines, joomla server configuration for https and configuration.php as in ... public $live_site = 'https://www.peace2u.heliohost.org';

I remove from configuration.php $live_site = ''; the extra WWW. so Admin Login solved ie direct to Jm BackEnd.  This is the problem bugging me for some time.

 

However my website at helio.host still state "your connection to this site is not fully secure". but not on other host.  You still think my content has pictures from insecured site; not the server difference.

I meant that last time I visited your website, the SSL on the non-www domain worked. Now, SSL works on both www and without www though your site is showing error 500.

He needs to edit his image paths. 

 

If he embedded these images manually using img tags or similar, he probably needs to go edit the code. Reference the images without a protocol or domain (e.g. /images/cutedge.jpg instead of http://peace2u.heliohost.org/images/cutedge.jpg)

 

If they're being generated dynamically by Joomla, he needs to tell Joomla to serve them over HTTPS.

How to tell joomla to get it from https. Could it be happening in the .htaccess file.

I just found that one of faulty extension keep the link to images not using images/file... but use http:// .. i am fixing this manually at the table itself

 

By the way how did you list out the Mixed content.

Chrome inspect tool shows the list in the console or network tabs.

 

As for making joomla serve images over https, that can be a challenge. I'd start by turning on the relevant options for https in joomla, but you may also need to modify your content, your extensions if you use them (sounds like you already found one bad one...), and adding a redirect in .htaccess wouldn't be a bad idea anyway.
