Occasionally we need to rebuild our servers to keep them operating at peak performance. This process usually takes a week or so. In the meantime we recommend downloading your backup, and then creating a new account. You can follow us on Twitter and like us on Facebook for the latest news. Once your server is operational again we will make a news post, and then you will be able to transfer your account back to the server you were on if you want to. If you need help with anything please don't hesitate to contact support. I don´t understand what i have to do next?, i have to wait?, it is this normal?
Sn1F3rt Posted October 5, 2019 Posted October 5, 2019 Most probably you tried to sign up with the same main domain as before. Post that here for an admin to cleanup from the cluster and then you will be resent an invite to recreate your account.

Krydos Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 @byron, by default paypal only searches the previous year. His $5 donation was made June 2018 so it finds it if you expand the search dates a bit. @thorast, your storage space has been doubled.
