That what it says because I sign up to only check because when I try to

recover my password I got that messages too , I don't understand why :(

Just check your inbox. The validation email should be there. And even if you're sent an invite, still you won't be able to use the same email as you'd already signed up with that. This wasn't a system issue hence, you'll have to search your inbox and/or junk it spam for it.
