That's bcuz of your ISP. It happens with one of my mobile connections too, when the ISP to frequently bounces IPs and panels like cP, VestaCP etc. which require IP authorization don't allow us to stay logged in.

 

You've to either use a different connection, or try using a VPN (preferably TouchVPN cuz it comes as a Chrome extension, so you needn't install anything).

You get that error message when you ip changes. You can check your ip at https://www.heliohost.org/ip.php Refresh it a few times over a couple minutes and see if the number changes. If it does it means that your isp is changing your ip address. The best solution is to contact your isp and ask for a static ip address. If they won't give one to you a work around is to connect to the server using a proxy or a vpn.
