My registered email address is aldenbain@lineone.net. My account has been taken offline, but when I clicked the link last week to download my backup, no link appeared in my inbox. I tried again today but no link has appeared. I then tried to create a new account, but I haven't got a link for that either.I know my inbox on aldenbain@lineone.net is working as I've just tested it by sending a message from a different email address.Can you possibly send me links for my backup and to set up a new account manually or provide a different solution?Incidentally I've donated from time to time including a donation to obtain your sparkie server (April 19th, 2019) Many thanksAlex

I gave helio networks a donation via paypal on 20 Dec 16 and a donation to the sparkie server via gofundme on 19 April 19. Looks like Tommy is up and running again.
