At least I don't know any registrar who allow registration of domains without contact info. They never call you so you can safely provide your personal number (or your parents if you don't own one). If you're looking forward to buying one, we recommend using NameCheap. Just go to the sponsors tab of the main website and click on that banner. That way you'll also be supporting HelioHost. Once you have your domain, just point your nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, and you can use it with us.
