Tommy is presently being rebuilt. However you can receive a Ricky invite for now, which can be moved to Tommy once it's back. Could you kindly post your transaction ID?

Anyways Tommy is formatted so you'll have to set it up again. Go to www.heliohost.org/backup and download your backup with your previous Tommy credentials. Then you can choose to wait till Tommy's back or create a temporary account in Ricky which will be moved to Tommy once he's back.

 

After you're into your cPanel, just manually restore your backup. If you face any difficulty, we're there to help.

Also, your system states that it cannot find a back up on Tommy.

Okay so an admin or a moderator will manually send you your backup on your registered email.

 

Also, you can try to lookup the transaction ID on PayPal hostory. Or tell me something. Did you previously request a transfer from any other server to Tommy?

I was on Stevie, but it went down in 2015, so I moved to Tommy.

Will it be days or weeks for Tommy to be ready?
