[Solved] My cpanel is not accessible

Dear heliohost team, ever since Tommy server was down, I haven't been able to access my websites. Today I tried logging it, I'm been prompted with a message that my logins are invalid.

 

I tried access my web url, it keeps redirecting me to cgi suspended page

 

Websites are: foxwap.tk and flexgist.tk

Tommy was reset due to a hardware failure so all accounts were wiped out. Once sign-ups for Tommy open, you will have to manually restore the backup from http://heliohost.org/backup or any backup you have

That's because Tommy's been rebuilt and your account no longer exists there. After he's back, a public announcement will be made filling which you'll be able to recreate your account.

 

Go ahead and download your backup from https://www.heliohost.org/backup .You can choose to wait until Tommy's back or create a temporary account on Ricky too Tommy's back.

 

For that you can receive a Ricky invite if you're a donor, else you can signup at midnight UTC when registrations open up.
