I am unable to login to cPanel using the link:

https://johnny.heliohost.org:2083

 

Username: hasoftwa

Site: https://ppaonline.site

Server: Johnny

 

When I am trying to navigate to the above link, I am getting error message

as "The Site can't be reached".

Can you login at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ ? Also try the insecure link at the bottom. If the insecure link works, but the regular cpanel link doesn't work that probably means your firewall or your internet connection is blocking port 2083.
