[Solved] Account locked due to heavy traffic/ or email

My friend, asked me to help him post in helionet.org that his account got locked and even helionet failed to login

HelioNet is usually accessible even if someone's account gets suspended. Pretty mysterious.

He probably just needs reset his password for the helionet issue.
