When I installed a theme and plugin, the following warning appeared. theme : The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive inphp.ini. plugin : The link you followed has expired. Krydos Posted June 24, 2019 Posted June 24, 2019 We don't support php 4. PHP 4.7 doesn't even exist. The last version of PHP 4 was 4.4.9 and it reached end of life almost 11 years ago. We support PHP 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 7.0, 7.1, and 7.2.
Krydos Posted June 24, 2019 Posted June 24, 2019 You can check which version of php you're using by creating a phpinfo script in your website's directory. Name the file something like /home/bobs/public_html/phpinfo.php and put the contents <?php phpinfo(); Then navigate to your new script by going to bobs.heliohost.org/phpinfo.php in your browser. A lot of information, including your php version, will be displayed. Let us know if you need help with any of this.

Krydos Posted June 24, 2019 Posted June 24, 2019 I have increased the max upload size of Johnny's php 5.6 from 2 MB to 10 MB so you should be able to install your theme and plugin now. Let us know if it still isn't working.
