[HH#804867] VPS4 Installation stuck

Hi,

 

Krydos has been setting up a VPS (VPS4) that I have 'paid' for. I emailed

him this morning but have yet to receive a reply, he did say any issues

maybe solved sooner via this address.

 

After uploading the installation ISO, he has left the Windows Server 2019

installation wizard for me to complete.however it cannot find any storage

devices (probably needs a RAID driver from VM tools mounted to another

Virtual CDROM drive).

 

So at the moment I can't do anything.

 

Would also like to know what value to set the nameservers to, on my domain

name setup. Currently they point to ns1 and ns2 at heliohost, as I have the

website currently on tommy. Once I move the site to the new VPS, how can I

point my domain at it?

I'm seeing VPS4 as being installed and at the login screen. Have you resolved this issue? If not, can you confirm this is the right VPS?

Hi, I'm not sure how you received that email, possibly from a laptop I had

earlier been turned on after being dormant for some time, as I can see it

in my sent box today ??? Apologies this issue was resolved months ago.
