HelioHost Posted April 16, 2019 Posted April 16, 2019 Username: awal1, Server: Tommy, Main domain: licool.org Dear Heliohoster admin. team, I am considering to donate for Sparkie, but when I go through Gofundme my Paypal doesn't recognize the current bank card linked to it (it displays an empty cards list), and asks me to link a bank card!That doesn't happen when I go through the regular heliohost "donate" page though. Over there, Paypal displays my bank card info, and I am able to make donations. So, I would like to know if it is possible to donate for Sparkie outside of Gofundme and via the regular "donate" page "https://www.heliohost.org/donate/". If yes, then how can I apply for the 2G storage extension knowing that my Paypal email is different than my Heliohost account/login email.Thank you for the serivce. Sincerely yours,Awal1.
Krydos Posted April 16, 2019 Posted April 16, 2019 Here's what I said on discord: Yeah, go ahead $5 USD or more gets you a storage increase to 2000 MB Just let me know when you make the donation so I can manually increase your storage That's really weird that paypal recognizes your card in one place, but not another
