Hello. I have a problem.

 

My e-mail address (la.fl@iol.pt) is no longer valid and I am trying to

change it to luisafloureiro@gmail.com. In the cPanel, in "Edit Contact

Information and Preferences" I have already been able to change. At

https://www.heliohost.org/login/ I can log in with the old address and

password, but when I select Edit Profile, I'm forwarded to the site

https://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?&app=cre&module=global&section=login&do=frm

and do not accept the old email and password.

 

How can I solve this problem? Can you help me, please? Thank you very much.

The heliohost.org side of things should update itself eventually, but it can take several hours to do so. I manually updated it for you.

 

I've manually updated your forum account to match as well.

But I still can not log in to https://www.helionet.org. The new email is

already associated, because I have already asked to recover the password

and received the email, but even with the new password that was sent to me

I can not log in.
