java installation request queue

I need to have the java installation on my server to happen very soon and I have been waiting 12 hours for my request to be processed and it still has not been processed. Is there any way to up the priority of my request or have it happen now?

Your expected wait time is about a week. When demand is high, this wait time has been known to exceed 6 months, so a week is actually a short wait for a Johnny user. In fairness to other users, you cannot skip the queue or speed up the completion of your request on Johnny, however you can move to Tommy where the wait time is less (about a day).

Wow I did not know the wait times could be that high. Thank you for the quick response and I will probably try to setup a Tommy then. Thank you for the help
