[HH#827066] Heliohost donation / upgrade offer

Dear Heliohost Support

 

This past weekend I took advantage of your offer to upgrade the amount of

server space to 2Gb for a donation.

 

I made a $5 PayPal donation on Sunday 21 October (*transa**ction ID *

*3WD42547W47120440*), but, instead of the expected space upgrade, this

morning I found an email from Heliohost with an invitation to open an

account on Tommy (despite the fact I already have such an account). I think

the confusion might be that--while the email addresses for my PayPal and

Heliohost accounts are the same, the usernames might be different. My

PayPal account is *schase56*, while my Heliohost account might show up as

*schase* (schase.heliohost.org) or *schase56* (my actual username login for

Heliohost cpanel). The disparity in domain and user login came about when I

had to recreate my account on Tommy (I believe late 2016 or early 2017)

after Stevie died.

The email address on your donation and user account actually do not match, which is why you received that invite email. You can disregard it.

 

I've increased the disk space on schase56 for you. Thank you for the donation.
