Are you still using your hostingaccount? The last time you logged in was 2018-09-20. In order to keep yourwebsite active you must log into your control panel at least once every 30days. If you wish to continue using your hosting plan you will need to log in byclicking the link below. Next, provide your email and password in the boxand click log in to access your control panel. If you don't log in sometimein the next few days your website will be replaced with a inactive page. Our apologies for requiring you to log in to your account to continue usingit. We understand that once you get your website perfected there is littlereason to view your control panel anymore, but if we didn't have a way ofdeterming which accounts were abandoned our servers would quickly becomeeven more overloaded than they already are. We will soon be implementing away for HelioHost users to keep their sites online without having toremember to log in.Login [image: Twitter] [image: Facebook] [image: Phone Number] [image: Support Forum] [image:Email] [image: Google Plus] © 2005-2017 Helio Networks. wolstech Posted October 18, 2018 Posted October 18, 2018 What link are you using to log in? You MUST use either https://heliohost.org/login/ or https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/ (with nothing after the slash) in order for logins to count. Logging in using a link ending in .html will never count. Many people try to bookmark the cpanel home page after they log in, which results in an .html link being bookmarked and this issue occurring. Also, if you have 2FA enabled, you'll need to disable it for the login tracking to work. It's a known limitation of our system.
