Oh, you're trying to register...that verify button should go to the server selection screen. I'm assuming your issue is that it won't let you pick one because the servers are full?

 

If so, that's by design. We only give out a few accounts per day, so you need to do it at midnight UTC or shortly after that when the registration opens. Tommy's accounts go within minutes and Ricky usually allows signups for about an hour. If the slots have all been given out for the day, it will say they're full.
