I am trying to connect via FileZilla to my FTP account but all the time is

syas that logged succesfull but cannot load files ... (and timeout)- why ?

SFTP is the preferred configuration. Those settings are shown in cPanel. If this isn't working for you, you can use this:

 

Host: ricky.heliohost.org

Port: 21

Type: Plain FTP (insecure)

 

Use your cpanel username and password for the credentials.

 

Note that we do not support FTPS (FTP over TLS).
