[Solved] Tommy Accounts Inactive

Sorry to reopen this again. Despite being unsuspended, the homepage is now showing the 'Account inactive' page.

But when I press on the 'renew Account' button and enter my details, it says that the account can't be renewed because it is already active, and the page remains the same.

My account was inactive for some reason even though i reactivated it a week ago and have been using my cPanel and Website it now says it's inactive again and everytime i reactivate it says it already activated i have cleared my cache thinking i was on a old file but it's still not working

same here. Seems to be a glitch. "Reactivate" does not help

when I visit my site mohapps.cf I'm redirected to Inactive error page.

One thing for sure it's been years i'm with Heliohost and i love it.

 

This beside the administrators, moderators and others that i like very much.

 

I hope it will be fixed soon.

 

I have changed a section of my site, that have been made for my friends, for my self; and the visitors that go see my personnal free website.

the exact same problem is happening with my account:

Moreover, if it can help, I can see that my Java application is still working fine, while the PHP part is not working anymore.

Finally, I can assure that my account has not been inactive, since I am actively using it almost every day.
