You have to solve those by process of elimination. The top two causes are invalid .htaccess files and file permission issues.

 

PHP files need to be set to 644 in order to run (note that they upload as 664 and need changing), so verify and change them if necessary. For the invalid htaccess, you can rename your .htaccess file so it's ignored and test, if it works, your file has an error in it somewhere.
